First session of my Triphasic Experiment's aerrobic conditioning block.

Escalating Density Training (Singles back to back at about 50% loading, for five minutes)
Squat/Bench at 75/35
DL/BTN Press at 75/30
RDL/Lat Pull at 65/45

Contralateral Circuit (20 seconds on/10 seconds off)
Left Leg Lunge w/Right Arm Band Row paired with Right Leg Lunge w/Left Arm Band Row, 10 rounds

Pretty fun conditioning session, the lunges felt like they were tearing my knees apart and left my legs quite wobbly. Getting ready for some serious DOMS.
Average HR was at 140
 
AM-BJJ
90 minutes of flow-rolling, drilling and a little sparring. Focus is on leglocks.
 
AM-BJJ
Again, 90 minutes of flow-rolling, drilling and a little more sparring than Tuesday. Good fun, I'm starting to get the flow back.
 
Five Minute Isometrics
Holding the 'down'-position for a total of five minutes in different poses, pushups, wallsits, banded GMs and more madness. Sick pump.
