this forum has been afforded a privilege by allowing training logs to go beyond 1000 posts, which normally are locked at that point. In respect of this exception, do not abuse this trust by making unnecessary off topic posts and posting unrelated pictures.

Encouragement and critiques of routines are fine, talking about what you're watching on tv or posting pictures of models and posting music videos is not. These are training logs, not chat threads.
