He previously had his Gracie Fighter over in Lodi, this is a new location they took over and renovated a few years ago.

Randy Spence who is also a Cesar Gracie black belt, and retired MMA fighter, has long been the day-to-day trainer. Both Diaz brothers are frequently in the gym, just look at their social media.

They both also travel and do seminars.

It's probably a good school. Not the typical tma bullshit place. They'll have good training and coaches. Good basic techniques, and moving guys up to good footwork and combos etc.
