Nick Diaz is Always Partying

No, you can't make it in an hour. I've done that drive many times. Hell, at rush hour it is closer to 2 hours.

Dick Niaz is not popular in the Bay Area. People who don't follow MMA have never heard of him. That's 99% of people there. They have heard of Honda, maybe even CMG, but Diaz? Nope.

Hell, Nick isn't even from Stockton. He lives in Lodi.

That's not right. During the Strikeforce era he fought a lot in San Jose. He's at least as known as Frank Shamrock. He's known locally as an MMA fighter. Non-MMA fans probably don't know him, but he clearly is known enough to get paid to hang out at clubs. Not a bad living in-between fights.

Wow, at least as well known as Frank Shamrock? Fucking IMPRESSIVE. Nick and Frank could walk around the Bay Area and not be noticed by anyone. You are right, non-MMA fans (pretty much everyone) have no idea who he is, and half the people who follow MMA think he's an ass.

What makes you think he's getting paid to hang out in clubs? Getting comped ain't gettin' paid.

I'm always partying and I'm a fuckin' Sherdog brown belt. I'm sure Nick will be just fine.

Dude is a pot head who thinks he deserves a title shot. Hasnt won a fight in 6 years and is irrelevant, yet somehow still has a massive fan base. I met the guy at an Indian Casino fight in 2004 not long after he KO'd Robby Lawler, My buddy was fighting there and Nick was cornering some kid. (Josh koscheck was fighting there also this was pre TUF also)

When I saw Nick I attempted to shake his hand and said hey nice KO of Lawler, and he did like a "Im too cool to shake hands thing and gave me a dirty look. Walked off like a prick. That being said, hes a Tool
Sounds like you are just butthurt he didn't shake your hand.

He basically said Nate didn't know what he was doing fighting Mcgregor and Nick couldn't corner him. I would think Nick cornering nate for a rubber match would be bad news.
He didn't say that at all, he said gil did ok cornering but he saw things that he thinks would have got Nate the finish had he been there.

Partying status: don't know if the weekend is still going or he's just getting an early start, but the party don't stop either way.

I feel like chocolate coated candy.

About as relevant as Nick is in the MMA world these days.
