We've made a lot of progress, Makani. When Weber was winning the October Norris it was open season on Bergeskeptics.

    Now there's like...5 Bergivinians.

The worst part about that place is that you can't call someone a retard. You can't even hint at it. I once got an infraction for paraphrasing someone's argument.

It's however not against the rules to be retarded. The line between trolling and retarded is sincerity, so these policies have a particularly negative effect on the post quality.

I actually didn't even know that Jagr had a 66 and 67 point season since returning to the NHL.

    Close enough.

I've been pretty hard on the Habs this off-season, but I have to admit the Galchenyuk contract was reasonable. Congrats on going down with the ship Alex.

He's gonna get traded before he reaches UFA status.

Not the worst contract in the world, and the AAV is great, but I will never understand Bergy's unwillingness to gamble on players. Even if players ''prove'' themselves to you, it's possible for them to regress. Not gambling on players just means you never have any particularly good deals unless a youngster overperforms on their ELC.

Perfect example: Radulov. What on earth was the idea behind a 1 year deal? It literally can't pay off. If he plays well, you risk losing him or having to pay way more.

I would've preferred 5 years at a slightly higher AAV.

Any message board that doesn't allow swearing and threats of violence isn't a message board worth frequenting.

That's what habs fans are left to hope for: that Lehkonen, Galchenyuk, Drouin and Gallagher will all have big years. It's not much to hope for because Rad being here still would be gravy, while right now we're just hoping for the meat...or whatever it is that you put gravy on. Biscuits?

I was going to post a gif of Bergevin's own goal, but the internet won't let me.

Yeah, that's why I hate that place, I was banned for quoting someone's idiotic comment and putting it in my sig, followed by "______ actually said this".

One of the reasons I joined this message board, was that there was a trend that if you acted like a complete moron and said stupid shit, the first reply was usually one of the following:

    1.) Kill yourself
    2.) You sound poor
    3.) You're a D-Level poster/D-Level IQ

Normally when I do that it just gets deleted. It's still horse-shit as it prevents people's dumb posts from haunting them. But, a ban for that is weak sauce.

    A personal favourite of mine.

So how long until Markov tells Bergevin to fuck himself? Playing hardball with everyone but Price is a disaster in the making.
