    Toying with the idea of setting time limits for my main exercises. Still sticking with the same template but maybe something like 20 mins to do as many sets of 5 as possible.

    Deadlift
    7x1 200kg in 15 mins. This was very easy in terms of weight altho I think I might need to drop deadlift although for a while to see if I can heal whatever is hurting in my lower back/ top ass at lock out.

    Messed around with some conventional deadlift for the first time in years. Wanted to see if I experienced the pain I while sumo'in and the answer is no.

    Worked up to 220kg for a fairly comfortable single. Spent some time at 140kg to practice the technique again. Felt good to be honest

    4x6 45kg

    Incline db curls
    3x10 5kg plus handle

    Was ill a bit last week. Missed a few days training and then did a few days light. Hoping my injuries and illness have gone now and can get back to training properly.
