Netflix: The Untold History of the United States - Oliver Stone

As opposed to approved theories, with MSM talking heads parroting propaganda, or the big 3, k-12 textbook producers approved history?

Yeh that is what I heard, and the powers that be shut him down or would not let it get out. I thought this one was it. It does not seem like it is. But maybe I just heard wrong.

I'm quite right-leaning, but this is what I gather and it seems fairly accurate. Again, Chamberlain even said Stalin didn't break any peace agreements. But I don't know enough of the details and need to rewatch plus do more reading on the topic.

It reminds me a lot of today and Trump's willingness to forge relations with Russia while Hillary seemed bent on war.

I think once we are awake, left and right leaning is about as useful as sandpaper recycled into toiletpaper.

As far as the research goes, many a rabbit hole to travel down on any of these episodes. Stone is definitely biased, but that doesn't mean he is wrong.

It is the same one, but they have called the Spanish-American war false flag a conspiracy theory since the day it was born, and it is proven fact today. Just as in 10-20 years from now, the idea that TWA800 was shot down by the US Navy will be seen as fact, by all but the clingers-on of a lost propaganda war.

"In a country that lost more people defeating the Nazis than any other, there are now an estimated 50,000 - 70,000 neo-Nazis. Half the world's known total".
- ABC News report, 2007.

2007... that what i thought.

That's only one report. The date isn't particularly relevant, as nothing in the time since then suggests that Russians have become less nationalistic. Quite the reverse, in fact.

If you want more up to date information, Google it yourself. Or continue to live in denial. Your call.:)

Being nationalistic and and being neo-nazi is 2 different things.

As someone who had ties in Right-Wing politics in Russia and as someone who still follows the development i know that 50.000 neo-nazis is just aint so. :)

How many would you say there are? I will concede that "neo-Nazi" may be open to interpretation. Although I would also venture to suggest there is considerable overlap between Nationalism and Fascism. Just as there is between Fascism and Communism.

Two more points -

The closer the HBO series came to modern times, the more laughably left wing it becomes. Rush Limbaugh is made out to be Satan and given far too much credit for the direction of the Republican party. It really becomes a parody of itself.

And for Oliver Stone, when confronted with the historical inaccuracies of his films 'JFK' and 'The Doors,' he said "The films weren't meant to reflect the events as they happened ecactly, they were of what I imagined to have happened." (Paraphrasing)

With that quote in mind, that fully explains his HBO series, and the leftist mindset as a whole.
Are you referring to two different programs here?

Because the Oliver Stone untold history stuff was a showtime documentary.

Like real "Heil Hitler" types, i would say there are very few. Its not 2007 anymore.

The most famous of them Tesak got his own cooking show on youtube now.

Fun fact i am partly jewish my self, and i know a jew when i see one, and this guy is a jew.

Then there are mor moderate guys. Like Div and Demushkin. This guys are one of those who actually care about Russia and Russians.

Since they sat with a jew Malcev and actually voted for his party they are disqualified from being called neo-nazis, although they are very right-wing.

Note being right wing is not allowed in Russia unless you are pro-putin.

Now pro-putin groups are the ones fighting in Donbass. Here we have all kindz of untermensch garbage like for example National Bolsheviks.

If i am not mistaking their leader sucked off a black guy and then wrote a chapter in his book describing how his cum tasted.

So to sum up: There are very few actual neo-nazis in Russia, but thousands of all kind of nationalists that are very divided on all issues. Since these groups are not really official anymore (except the N. Bolsheviks) any modern statistic on how many they actually are would be false since its simply no way of knowing.

Statistics from 2007 are most likely accurate thought since back then they had parties with membership, so they would be easy to count. Now parties are banned, and organizations themselves had some ideological changes that imo disqualifies them from being labeled as neo-nazi groups.

In the first hour or hour and a half (in particular), Jordan Peterson touches on the horrors of Marxist Socialism in Russia from 1919 to 1959. This podcast is a must watch. I can't recommend it enough. Do yourself a favor and watch the whole thing.

Maybe Truman was on to something in his view of Communist Russia/USSR that Stone either is unaware of/naive about, or that he purposefully mistells/withholds.

more anti American propaganda .

ZOMBIES became a big hit over the last 10 years .

But anti American topics are a close second

Thank you for a very informative reply.

For real though, Stalin was like fuck it and would just send wave after wave of men to capture objectives. Dude didn't even give a fuck.

Guy had so much forces that he had to start being more conservative with his men when about 5-10 million of them were wasted.
