I am not sure if its impingment but it looks like it. But when I made all the impingment tests they were negative. I dont feel pain all the time. Actually its painless when I have my arm rested or when I normally move it, but it hurts when in particular positions:
1. When doing lateral raises (without weights) when my arm is 45 degrees to the ground , a sharp pain comes to the middle shoulder. But only when my hand is facing away from me, or when the thumb is slightly pointed downwards...when my palms are facing to the front and I do the lateral raise, its painless (almost, because right now its little irritated).
2. When I did double biceps pose it hurt at the top...now actually I tried it and its okey, thats weird. But it hurt a bit when I was coming back down.
3. Also today during incline benchpress, I didnt feel any pain, just always during the last rep when i was racking the barbell and therefore eneded to fully extend my arms, then the shoulder really hurt (in the middle, like throufhout whole middle deltoid but deep inside and also a bit in front, also bit of cracking)..but it was just at the top, the rest of movement was painless , and I was even stronger than last week.
4.Also when the weight was racked and I just extended my arms towards the barbell, grabbed it and rotated my elboy little bit inside (to my chest) it hurt as HELL.
5. When I just bent forward and let my arm hang and I move it to back and forth its okey..but when I did it from SIDE TO SIDE, when it went INSIDE it was HORRIBLE! Sharp pain and cracking...

Yesterday I trained just my back, lot of pulling etc and my shoulder felt really really good to the rest of the day. Today it didnt go that well during the benchpressing but at the end I did facepulls with upper cable and it felt AMAZING. The squeezing of my upper back during this exercise felt really good for some reason , completely painless...but during the last set the last rep when I was letting the cable go , I did it too fast and my shoulder hurt a bit as it extended forward. Also plank at the end kind of relieved the pain.

Ive never had problem with this shoulder. I dont know what happened. It seems like this started to develop about 2 weeks ago when I started to do once a week during the rest day hanging leg raises and also stretching overhead (my arms grabbing wall-bars and me squatting down). I always did that and it felt relieving but right now my shoulder feels bad.
Please give me some advice, I need to heal this as soon as possible. I feel in the best shape of my life and Im progressing dramatically each week, I dont want to lose all gains due to some injury, thats why I want to treat it from the start. Thank you in advance!

See a specialist. It could literally be any tissue in the shoulder region.

Pretty sure asking for(or offering)diagnosis is a Forbidden Topic.

TS, see a doctor, if possible one who specialises in sports injuries.

Despite the thorough explanation of symptoms, you should go see a professional yes. Go to a Physio or a specialist.

yeah, go see a doctor.

if you want opinion about injuries on shoulders...
whenever something brings me pain in the bad way (not DOMS) i stop imediatelly doing all exercises that hit shoulders.

presses, raises, dips...even planks. anything.

hell, this is what you can do for now, right?
i fucked my knee, had tendinitis. cant squat or deadlift. its been a long time.

it sucks, but there is nothing you can do, you must give your shoulder a break. you are probably overdoing something, you better train smarter...wich means rest that shoulder. it is iterally asking for a rest.

go see a doctor and dont do anything stupid.

See a doc, as you know, the shoulder has the widest range of any joint in the body and is very complex, so no easy answers here.

It feels better today. Honestly, I think I ovestretched my supraspinatus by hanging a lot and doing overhead stretching (stretching on wall-bars) after every training. It probably got lose and my hummerus got unstable and started to rub all over the rotator cuff.

You will not overstretch your Supraspinatus by going overhead, but you may have impinge it if you have immobile scapulae or a curved acromion.

How do I know if I have immobile scapulae and how to make it mobile?

Take a video of your back and slowly raise your arms out to the side and overhead.

After that, slowly raise them in front of you and over head.

The shoulder blade should rotate up and around the rib cage and your thoracic spine should not extend.

Edit: you will have to be somewhat lean or muscular to see the scapula move under the skin, btw.
