Should neck cranks be illegal in MMA?
Of course not
Sounds like a unanimous no.
Smother choke is creepy...
I'll bring new life to this thread:
Is TS a bitch who should watch basketball or golf instead, so as not to offend his delicate woman-like sensibilities?
FFS it's professional adults fighting for money, not two kids practicing BJJ at open mats.
Go fuck yourself, Skeletor avatar. You probably wear that shit on your jammies too.
Kicking a downed opponent and north-south elbows are probably both less dangerous than a good neck crank.
First: You don't know who Skeletor is, if you did it would be obvious my Av is not him...meaning you are likely young and ignorant, or worse, old with a shitty childhood.
You can tap to a neck crank before serious damage is done as opposed to receiving brain damage ( I'm not opposed to N-S Elbows or kicks to a downed opponent)
First: Stop pretending like one gay ass cartoon avatar is different from another.
Second: Quick and severe damage can be done to your neck if the angle is right. Significant brain damage can occur over years of taking beatings whether the elbows are north to south or left to right, or if the blows to the head come when you are standing or down on the mat.
Sure, if you also ban chokes and all strikes to the head. Quick and severe damage can be done from both if the conditions are right.
Ive always hated the idea of neck cranks but um.. no
Should can openers be legal in BJJ?
Only a few know how to do it though
Ken shamrock saku funaki Suzuki Barnett
It's a fight
Kerr secured it against Borosov.
It was pretty brutal. Borosov went out on a stretcher if I remember correctly.
Ban physical contact
And mean-mugging, please. Somebody's feelings could be hurt.
