If it does not have a name already I would call it butterfly grip or moth grip. It reminds me of the butterfly shadow puppet.

How tight is this grip against shirtless people in scrambles. Last video seems like a move you could only pull off when fresh

It all comes down to grip strength, being able to make grips work no gi and stuff...

The last grip is a modified HALF nelson, and nelsons work in freestyle so its prob gonna work in no gi too.

Its called a butterfly lock. Super common in wrestling. He actually uses a powerhalf to get to it in a few vids.
