Anywhere you see "TBD" on there, it's because a fighter left the testing pool while suspended. When they want to come back, they'll need to be in the pool for the greater of the balance of their suspension, or 6 months.

You could blame the fighters for cheating, or for cheating so stupidly they get caught. But they know the rules, so you can hardly blame the refs and organizations for enforcing rules.
