Loudmouths usually can't back it up. The most badass people that I've ever met are pretty nice, chill, and you have to pull teeth to get them to tell you how much of a badass they are and what they are capable of.

This. Truly badass people (and successful people overall) don't need to brag about it all the time.

A lot of great pro fighters were genuine loudmouths. Tito Ortiz, Ken Shamrock, Muhammad Ali, and countless others. All obnoxious bastards who hurt lots of men.
