    Well, might as well do a long fast now. Shooting for Sunday I guess.

    36 hour and 30 minute fast. Almost broke down around hour 21. Couldn't sleep and woke up around 32 hours. Managed to fall back asleep and woke up at hour 36. Very low energy but I got through it.

    0935-Bagel and pork sandwich. Ucc coffee.

    1125-500ml milk, carrots, spinach, whey. 850ml made.

    1350-Bagel and peanut butter.

    1420-8 oz fanta.

    1500-Chips.

    1700-Japanese curry ramen.

    Only time I've ever fasted was for operations. Don't have the willpower for it. Well done getting through it

    Thanks man. It takes willpower to do it, but I feel that it gets easier every time you do it.

    Definitely both. The mind is in control of the body and can lead it to places that the body doesn't want to go.

    Ease into it, and your mind will be comfortable with fasting. When your mind is comfortable, your body adapts.
