    Last day: 1510-scrambled everything, 2 pieces of chicken, 2 hashbrowns. 2 soymilk cartons, cheerios.

    1620-Chocolate santa.

    Start off the new year with a fast. Gonna try to make it at least 40 hours.

    Going to 30 hours of intermittent fasting. I did do this today though.

    1630-Monster Zero Ultra Violet.

    0 calories, so doesn't break the fast.

    Feeling good, no hunger pangs or anything. Probably will break this off at 11 or so in the morning.

    1350-2 natural 12 grain snacks, pack of sky flakes.

    1455-Chocolate santa.

    1800-Sushi.

    2010-F'real milkshake.

    I have literally read every post but never replied yet. I'm hoping starting this year you are going to get into your new years resolution of "healthy eating". Each week I am cutting something out, first week was to recover from new year as it's the only time I drunk alcohol last year although it did last 3 days lol. Scottish thing :p

    This week is cutting sugar out minus the sugar from fruit, week after that processed food etc. I think this is a sensible and good approach to dieting this year rather than just cutting everything to see if it can help improve my training performance.

    Good luck mate I will be watching your posts throughout the year each week or twice a week to see how you get on :D

    Good on you. Remember it is a marathon, not a sprint. Smart on you for gradually cutting things out as opposed to cold turkey, reduces cravings that way.

    0800-2 burritos, 2 milks. Hashbrown, egg, biscuit.

    1215-Milk, yogurt, soda. Chicken burrito, strawberries.

    1315-2 milks, chips.

    1650-Milk x2, water, scoop of V-core whey. 32 oz made. Ice cream cone candy.
