    PT tested, weighed at 136 with clothes, so 135ish then. Celebration until next Tuesday, then I'll be on a diet again, not as strict as this one at the moment, but healthy.

    1055-5 Krispy Kreme donuts. Big bag of Lays chips.

    1210-Mucho Mango Arizona, beef n bean burrito.

    1340-Mint oreos.

    1730-Diet Mountain Dew.

    1810-Cherry Coke.

    2040-Steak caesar salad, dirty bong water, Ginger Ale.

    Don't listen to nosupps people unless u can't afford two cans of super Nos blast every three months.
    U know you're in a groove but if u need muscle taking a pump product before the training will pack on more. It has some sugar but u take it before. Its cheap. U have to be careful about the caffeine tho.

    Cool sorry, I guess.

    1030-20 oz milk, 4 oz water. Scoop of ON delicious strawberry. Tasted great, flavor was a bit weak though, thought it would be stronger. Still, a very good mix.

    1110-6 avocado rolls, pho beef noodles.

    1420-Banana.

    1700-12 oz milk, rum, 10 oz water. Scoop of Syntha-6 whey. 24 oz made.
    Rice, carrots, navy beans. Chicken breast, green beans, colored peppers.
    Honey combs.

    1800-Peanut butter and bread.
