    1345-Chocolate Crossiant

    1410-Banana

    1645-12 oz milk, 8 oz water, Stoli Vodka. Scoop of Syntha-6, 24 oz made. Didn't taste like it was there.

    Rice, chicken gizzard, broccoli. Carrots, kidney beans. Potato o'brien, kielbasa.

    1725-Shot of Stoli. Tastes like Tito's but a bit harsher. Bread and peanut butter.

    1400-Tootsie roll.

    1650-Rice, chicken gizzard. Broccoli, carrots, kidney bans. Potato o'brien, kielbasa.

    Today:

    1315-Bread n Peanut butter, 8 oz milk with Stoli.

    1620-Fanta and Stoli.

    1805-Rice, kidney beans. Chicken gizzard, broccoli, mixed vegetables. Carrot, potato o brien, kielbasa. Yuengling.

    1835-Peanut butter and nutella with bread.

    1640-Bread and Pilaner Sugar Free Raspberry Jam. This stuff tasted so awesome, might have to buy this alongside the Skippy's after my pt test.

    2000-Chimay Blue, boneless wings, Sprite.
    0225-Pizza, soda, chips, ice cream, chili.

    1555-Navy beans, kidney beans, brown rice. Mixed veggies, turkey sausage. Bread, jif peanut butter, 6 oz milk.

    1655-Chips.

    1725-Banana.

    A wild visitor appears! This log I've been doing for a while now and it has allowed me to remain relatively the same weight. The heaviest I've been while keeping a log was about 145lb, now I'm at about 135.
