I've been wrestling for about four years, I'm now beginning to train in MMA so when I turn 18 in two years I can just fight. My diet is pretty shitty for wrestling. I wake up, have about two eggs scrambled with two pieces of toast and peanut butter spread, also an 8oz glass of water. If I have a snack before lunch it's usually a banana or Apple. For lunch I eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, with another 8oz of water. And for dinner I usually eat a salad with fish I prefer salmon and some oatmeal. Oatmeal sticks to your body and gets your body thinking it's full, and it's very light. This usually works for me, but my metabolism is also extremely quick since I'm younger.

2315-2 shots of Tito's handmade. Had one with ice and one without. Pretty damn smooth for both of them. It didn't have that much of a kick to it. Found a good vodka. Finish this out, and then upgrade to Ciroc,Grey Goose, or Belvedere, but Tito's has found a place in my heart.
 
1815-Yuengling beer. Interesting taste. A bit better than the "Big 4" American beers in my opinion.
