I want to maintain Muscle, lose fat and be healthy


please advise if you see bad nutrition

My Stats

as of 7th June

Weight=154.1LBS
Height=5 Foot 10 Inches
Age = 17
Run in morning for 45 mins 50% of the time
manual job, not too hard (not sweating madly or breathing heavy but constantly moving)
train 1-2 hours boxing every night


Must Weigh in 145.5LBS sameday weigh in on 25th June

7AM: 60G Organic Oats With Water
25G Natrual Whey Protein
2 Handfulls of Choclate Raisons

10AM:2 Wholemeal Slices of Bread
1 Slice of ham topping (10g protein)
2 Cups of tea (Caffine) with 1 Teaspoon of white sugar each

1PM: 2 Wholemeal Slices of Bread
1 Slice of ham topping (10g protein)

Tomatoes, Cucumber, Redpepper with Vinegar

3PM: Protein Shake (Water + 25G Whey + TBSP Olive Oil)
Tomatoes, Cucumber, Redpepper with Vinegar

5PM: Half Tin of Baked Beans, Slice of Ham, 200ML Soya Milk, heaped teaspoon Peanutbutter

8:30PM: Chicken + Veg + 500ml Gatorade

Supps = 3 1000mg Fish Oils, Vitamin D, Multivitamin

Weight: 154.1LBS

you shouldn't excersize 3 hours a day....that's too much.

Also, if you do high-intensity traininig....don't run. do full body strength workouts (watch yuri elkaims videos)

also, don't eat grains (bread etc).

i was running to speed up metablism for weight loss.

+ what should i take to work instead of bread. that doesnt take too much time?
 
Man a good breakfast for that would be 2 Egg whites Chopped onion , spinach , and chopped green pepper Scramble it together its a good healthy breakfast that will keep you energized.
 
Ditch all carbs and you will likely see a quick drop in waterweight. Might be a bit risky, however, if you haven't tried it out already - people react differently from having their glycogen-reserves depleted. Bit of a gamble when you're only a couple of days out, but it might be worth it.
And for fucks sake, don't taking other people's advice to waste perfectly good food by only eating egg-whites. Eat the whole egg or eat something else.
