Yesterday:
6:45 AM: 3 egg omelet with spinach, green onion, feta, cherry tomatoes; glass of OJ; 2-3 cups of coffee with 1/3 scoop of protein as creamer
9:00 AM: handful of almonds
12:30 PM: Takeout from Beef O Bradys - Cheesy Patty Melt, cup of broccoli, two loaded potato skins
5:30 PM; Dinner at Applebees - some chips and salsa, 4 fajitas (2 chicken, 2 steak)
