Someone has suggested to me that I should make a thread that is dedicated to updating my newest video and such and I think it was a brilliant idea since it will allow me to create somewhat of a community in which we can have fight discussions, video suggestions and such

Updates:

Currently training twice a day Mon-Fri and work during the weekends so videos won't be coming as frequently as before. However I will still try my best to deliver videos once a week

focus more on kicks and knees, if someone just turtles then look to dominate in the clinch and work some trips etc in

also most important, stop crossing your legs. whichever way you step, that foot should move first
 
but motivation and passion are a couple of the things that drive people to success, you seem to have them anyway.... good luck in your journey bud
