Still, it's not Boxing.... I have been told over and over that 3 years in TKD-kickboxing is meaningless once you spar a boxer of even 6 months experience, because their footwork is so superior, punches, etc.

This match illustrates how an average boxer from a gym can be outclassed in his own sport.

Not sure if serious.
