I don't really get the Ido Portal hate. He's never claimed to be an MMA instructor; he's a fitness and conditioning coach with a specific focus on movement and body mechanics. He isn't pulling some Edmond Tarverdyan bullshit and claiming he's a top tier striking trainer.
