3. The Matrix (how Morpheus became Morpheus. The first time someone realized we were in a simulation and the story of the first " chosen one". - this one might actually happen.

I’d almost rather see the time between mad max and road warrior.

Seems like a massive time jump happens there.

I’m not sure a mad max prequel would be that interesting. In mad max the world isn’t entirely fucked yet.

There was a frickin giant war! Plenty to work with there, from the spark of the conflict to the devolvement into semi-chaos. Sort of like Empire of the Sun, people are just stuck in the situation.

Pitch Black prequel but instead of focusing on Riddick I want to know how the geologists on that planet died. I'd be a cool horror movie IMO.
