Some of these films are packing Nuclear Power Feels Generators.

This is your chance to share your favorites.

I'm going to start things off with this one.

Paul Bettany is fantastic in this scene, and shows just high the bar has been raised for the genre.

"It's not fair, it shouldn't be you, but it is. It's all right. You could never hurt me."

The Avengers crumbling, Wanda holding off Thanos alone while killing her husband, who accepts the sacrifice without hesitation. One of the best scenes in a film stacked with incredible scenes.

Proudly.

What's your choice?

"True heroism is remarkably sober, very undramatic. It is not the urge to surpass all others at whatever cost, but the urge to serve others at whatever cost."

Any time I had to see Mag Gyllenhaal's face was like a shot of worcester sauce in the batMan

Most pointy moment in a superhero movie:

Oh, you said poignant.

The Martha moment in Batman vs Superman

Poignantly poorly executed.

No. Although Elizabeth Olsen's chin quiver deserves a nod.

Here you go. Mary Jane Watson discovering Peter Parker's alter ego.

After years of deception beautiful truth is finally stripped naked to see and it matters.

Talia's betrayal revealed good guy Bane. We even saw Bane shed tears

"His only crime was that he loved me"

Yes, actually.

Also, "This is really heavy" is my single favorite line from a super hero movie.

The great and powerful Joey Diaz in Spiderman 2:

Avengers and Dark Knight posted immediately.

Generic expectation is generic.

What followed that was poignant..ly irksome: A suit that bullets bounce off of and that resists atmospheric reentry and an ER nurse is cutting it apart w/ a 5.00 pair of Walmart scissors in the next scene....
