Mods, could you explain the new Card/infraction system?

This new system is a lot fairer than the old, just saying.

What's the teal color for and how do I get it?

It really brings out my eyes.

They go back to 0 after a month.

Got yourself a single yellow.
So basically posters can be a jerk once, maybe twice a month and not get banned. I like it. Tough but fair (finally)

What are the staff roles and what do they do? How do junior mods/mods/admins differ from each other?

Staff members are mods. Senior Mods are in blue, junior mods are in cyan, Admins are in red.

Can junior mods ban/reply ban/dub/close threads?
yup

The Cyan Susan's are armed and dangerous

So...
Red is a 30 day posting ban.
Orange is an admin.
Yellow is an infraction
Green is a plat
Blue is a mod and;
a different shade of blue is a junior mod.

I like the direction sherdog is taking

Did away with the red card in favor of stacking dubs.

Gets convoluted.

And yes, we have adopted a "Don't ask don't tell" policy for new mods.

Us Cyans aren't to be trifled with. We're just new mods, with the same powers and 110% enthusiasm.

We're in the danger zone.
