Fasting the rest of the day as right now at 8pm I am still stuffed. Expecting huge weight gain tomorrow upon weighing myself. Going to try and skip huge cheat meals like this for a long time now so as to hit my goal. I keep getting good consistent weight loss going and then fuck myself due to shit like this. It has to stop.

They were!!! The xango (the last item) was the best. CHeesecake with a fried shell sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar covered in whipped cream and fudge. Though I think it would be better minus the fudge and cinnamon and sugar.

Got a scale that measures bodyfat (not a tanita though) I put in my data and then used both male settings (athlete and regular). According to the scale I am between 24-30% bodyfat at my middle of the day weight of 233 (i was 229 this morning). Thus my goal weight will be 195-200lbs. Not sure who accurate it is but that puts LBM at between 163-177.

We keep the Mexican place by our house in business. I also can't turn down Mexican food. I typically weigh in 3 lbs heavier than normal the next morning - no bullshit. For me, I think it's the salt.

I know it sounds counterintuitive, but if you're trying to lose weight, you should eat a bigger breakfast. A protien shake in the grand scheme of things ain't shit. I bet you're starving by 9am.

Its a 48-50 grams shake not to small, also i eat breakfast at ten and hungry by 12. I am generally hungry every two hours anyway. The shake is more a convenience thing.

45-50 grams of protien is fine, but how many calories are in it?

    Over here now
I made the cream cheese cheescake.
I think I need to watch more "how to fold cream" vids.
There is basically chunky white soup in my fridge now.

I bet it'll still be delicious, though...

What are you doing for fiber? If I ate like you I'd never be able to take a dump.

I do not worry about fiber. Drinking 146 ounces of water a day plus the veggies take care of it, i do not really have any issues with dumping. I sometimes supplement with benifiber but have not done it the last 2 weeks.

I did count calories and macros and still do occasionally. Basically I got to a point where i eat fairly similarly everyday and know the general amount of food and food choice types. I simply eat low carb with an protein choices being the center of every meal, veggies secondary and for now fat is not as important. I did my macros today and it was like 2300 calories or so, 275 protien, 51 carbs, 110 fat.

Ya I like that sensible diet plan, I do the same.
Fit-Day'n gets old in a hurry. I just started again yesterday in the spirit of my diet log and am already reminded of how much it sucks.
