did you mix your creamy peanut butter true protein in water or milk?
 
I have done both. Currently I use water once I am done losing weight it will be whole milk. Its mighty good in milk and pretty tasty in water also.

Favorite shake
1 cup vanilla carbmaster yogurt
6 ounces whole milk
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1.5 scoops creamy peanut butter

The result is a really creamy goodness that I loved every ounce of.

i take it in milk, 50 g is a lot for whey for me since milk adds protein, I might divide the packs in two and drink it twice.
 
50 grams of protein or 50 grams of powder? The shake i listed is 36 grams protein +12 for yogurt and 6 for milk thats 54 grams of total protein.

Awesome. You're the only other person I know to lose that much weight. You're doing fucking great!

I'd like to throw ideas back and forth with you. I'm at around 207 right now (plateau'd around 215 for the longest time until I went all UD2) and I can probably get to a totally reasonable 190 and "culk" (lol) from there -- probably still with the UD2 or maybe some EOD/IF stuff, depending on some logistical concerns.

Do you have a solid WO plan? Or are you like I was, doing anything and everything as often as your body can handle (except for heavy lifting, which still followed a WO plan).
 
I lift heavy relatively speaking. Yesterday was bench day i hit 5.75 singles at 97 percent.
I actually hit a 5pound squat pr 3 or 4 weeks ago so i still train heavy. I honestly do not have a specific program right now other than focusing on the big 4 and adding weight each week. I do cardio whenever time permits mostly lsd sometimes weighted lsd oooohhh! I am thinking I may be done losing weight at 210 and may need to lose more I plan on reevaluating at 210.
