    Shredded my toes up pretty bad the other day which makes walking standing etc painful. As a result I'm limiting what I so until my foot heals. I also walk funny temporarily because of it and have created some slight mobility issues as a result.

    Power clean no jerk

    6 sets of various reps

    T bar rows
    4 sets varying weight since this is a new movement to me

    I only added the 1kg to the middle sets because my two year old decided to help by loading the extra kilo on there.

    I slices them pretty bad. Not hospital bad but oh boy I'm bleeding every where and there skin flapping off them bad.

    Squats were 1.5 reps on first rep because my wife lifted too and is way shorter so I had to do a half rep to get to standing then complete my rep.
