I return. Again.

Been MIA buying a house fixing said house etc.

My house has a very nice Florida room on the back that is becoming my own home gym. The gym shall be named the thunderdome.

So far it consists of a pendlay nexgen barbell, and 120kg in Rogue HG 2.0 bumpers. Sunday I'm getting a muscle driver squat stand. I also have 2 15 lb dumbbells and a 60lb weighted vest.

With this setup I intend on lifting again on a more regular basis. I plan on working towards lifting 9-11 sessions a week split between morning and evening. Strength work in the morning (my wife and son will be sleeping so no weight dropping) and the full lifts or a variation there of in the evening.

Debating competing in a meet late this year depending on progress. I haven't lost much of the very little strength I had acquired in the full lifts mainly from carrying a progressively heavier son around.

Also does anyone here play Marvel War of Heroes for android or IOS? If so pm me.

Clean is feeling really good, great explosion, fast, setup is good. Just need to move my feet.

Jerk feeling solid also. My core is the strongest its ever been despite no core work.

I do plan on adding core work, and logging it.

May do a short curl,press and core session tonight while coaching my wife.
