I am slowly returning to training. Previous PRs: Squat: 375 Front Squat: 275 Snatch : 170 Clean and Jerk: 190???? Deadlift: 465 Competition: 66/85 @ 104.9 I took a year off due to hectic life stuff. Got married had a son etc etc. In that year off I gained some daddy weight. I'm getting rid of it and slowly working back to competing again. My current goal is to compete at Ohio's Strongest Unicorn in October.
