Mma Gyms in China?

Anyone recently trained at any gyms in China? I am looking to live in Shanghai or Shenzhen for 6-12 months and need a gym to train.

in shanghai there is also fist one they have legit thai trainers and they are renovating their gym to have more rings etc..
that being said the place is pricey

Thanks for the recommendations guys. I won't be paying out the ass for any gym.. Will check them out first and see
