For those who have ran with minimalist shoes such as Vibrams or Xero, did you notice any improvement with your foot arch? Also, what other benefits have you notice when running with minimalist shoes?

Havent used minimalist shoes for running, but walkimg they feel great. I also have used them for boxing and they feel great too...i think theyd make good mma wrestling shoes as well.

Ran a bit with Vibram 5fingers a few years ago. Felt great on the knees and less shin splints. But, you have to re-learn how to run and take it really slow. I hurt myself because I am stupid and I always do too much too soon
