It's kind of a shame for a rapper like Miilkbone... Poorly named album title "Da Miilkrate". "Da" (or "Tha") for "The" was already starting to sound corny by 1995 when the album was released.
Then being on Capitol Records which after signing Miilkbone started fading out their 'urban' style projects.
He actually was a pretty skilled mc and had a decent flow. He was an affiliate of Naughty by Nature which was a big deal in the mid 90s.... but kind of like the other white rap group affiliate of Naughty by Nature (The Knucklehedz) forces beyond him made him fall into obscurity.
Then the Eminem diss on "I just Don't Give a Fuck" lumping him with Serch, Everlast, Pete Nice, and Vanilla Ice. When rhyme style being compared he blows away those other guys.
The beat off of his track "Keep it Real" was sampled pretty heavily and used in many freestyle competitions:
