Hi guys. Here is Part 3 of my 2015 unbeaten unsigned prospects - middleweight Division!

Previous 2015 versions are below
The Lightweights: http://forums.sherdog.com/forums/f6...s-unbeaten-unsigned-prospects-2015-a-2898125/
The Women: http://forums.sherdog.com/forums/f6...ys-unbeaten-unsigned-prospects-2015-a-2900173

A quick reminder of the rules as always:

1) They must be undefeated!
2) They must NOT be signed to any of the three largest promotions (UFC, Bellator & WSOF)
3) They must have fought at least once in 2014
4) They must have had at least 3 professional fights

Today is the time for the Middleweight division. In the top 10 - top 15 it is a very grapple-heavy list, with lots of good BJJ players and wrestlers. Those just missing out on the list include Markus Perez Echeimberg (4-0) (Due to being TUF Brazil 3 veteran) & Bruno Gustovic (3-0).

Girls ineligible due to inactivity included Jake Mapes (7-0), Sergey Kovalev (6-0), Jakub Stejskal (6-0), Chris Douglass (5-0), Brent Knopp (5-0), David Ury (5-0), Patrick Weikiri (5-0), Marcus Andersson (4-0), KB Bhullar (4-0), Elton Camargo (4-0) & Luke Wild (4-0)

I'd be interested to hear everyone's feedback and opinions as to who you think is ranked too high or too low etc. Also if anyone can suggest fighters that I missed out or any ages of the fighters which I couldn't find it would be appreciated.

Enjoy Part 3!

I totally agree with your #1 pick, Oskar is ridiculous and has flown under the radar for awhile.

Yea i think he'll almost certainly be fighting for a big promotion later this year. A young unbeaten middleweight that holds a no-gi BJJ win over a much larger Vinny Magalhaes... They would be silly not to sign him.

Another great list of prospects mattandbenny. You do a great job at this.

Great list man, as soon as I saw that Piechota defeated Schiavolin I knew he could be in the list but I never guessed he would be at the top ( I thought Pereira Uda will be #1).

I also think that Hisaki Kato should be in the top 10.

So Ewing and Pasternak are making the move down to MW?

Great job as always

To be honest if Hisaki Kato was 24 years old he would probably be a top 5 guy, it was just his age that made me rank him lower - he's still a solid guy, but he really could do with being signed by a large organisation sooner rather than later. No doubt he's a great striker though.

Pasternak fought his ONE FC debut at 188 pounds, so i though it was fairer to include him at MW rather than LHW. According to tapology Ewing has fought his last 3 fights at Middleweight.

where'd you have Luc Bondole before he signed with Bellator?

Hey mattandbenny I was also expecting to see Andrew Todhunter somwhere in your list hehe

Girls ineligible due to inactivity included Jake Mapes (7-0), Sergey Kovalev (6-0), Jakub Stejskal (6-0), Chris Douglass (5-0), Brent Knopp (5-0), David Ury (5-0), Patrick Weikiri (5-0), Marcus Andersson (4-0), KB Bhullar (4-0), Elton Camargo (4-0) & Luke Wild (4-0)

That's some list of 'Girls' to upset.....

Great list. I have the privilege of being trained by your #2 Marcelo Nunes every day. He has unlimited potential and will hopefully be fighting for the UFC sometime in 2015.

Yandiev brothers. Abukar (27 years old) and Adam (26 years old). Abukar was signed by M-1 and will debut at M-1 Challenge 56, April 10. Both have judo base.
