HE has a Bellator contract and hasnt beaten anyone. He's also not any sort of big name that the UFC would make a huge play for him now.

If he goes out and beats Bellators best WW over the next year or two, wins the title, destroys Daley and Lima and Koreshkov and becomes a big draw on Spike and in UK then UFC would go after him.

If he highlight reel KOs the better fighters in Bellator, they should. As of now, though, he still needs some work. His last fight, while obvious that he won, was not the type of fight the UFC would salivate over. We'll see if that was just a stylistic thing or if he just isn't at that level to look great against good competition yet.

If he can back to his hands-down-dancing-KOing-dudes ways, then he should be signed.

A little better than Wonderboy. Burrell just tried to wall and stall, which prevented him from getting clowned like all of Page's other opponents, but also him from having a chance to win.

People totally overreacted to the performance because they don't know what to look for from prospects a lot of times. They are just looking for quick finishes, but that's difficult to get against opponents who are stalling, and it doesn't tell us everything we need to know about them anyway. Take for example, McGeary and Thatch. They are great looking prospects who will both probably do well going forward. BUT, neither has won a decision. Thatch lost the only decision in his career. Who knows how they fare when they can't get an opponent out of there, which you can't do against everybody. In his last fight at least Page showed he can stop dogged td attempts from somebody and win a decision. That's not such a bad thing.

And if UFC didn't try to sign Page at this point if they had the opportunity, they'd be idiotic. He's the best showman in the cage in the game on average. He's been thoroughly entertaining, outside of one fight, which was his opponent's fault. He's also 7-0 and has a better resume and better talent than most of their entry level signings these days. But there's plenty more for him to do in Bellator that fans shouldn't be clamoring for him to make the switch now, and anyways it's not the UFC's choice exclusive contracts and all.
