Michael Hunter vs Oleksander Usyk

Off to watch the Chinese Grand Prix. Go Ferrari!!!

I don't see how Lomachenko beats him.
Angles and a good defense. Mikey can walk onto big shots sometimes. Right now, I will take Loma 116-112, with a couple swing rounds, but Garcia absolutely can put just about anyone from 130-135 away at any moment. Loma would have to be the best version of himself for my guess to become fact.

Lomachenko has no power at this weight, he won't have more at 135. I don't believe he could break Garcia.

I believe Lomachenko would be in for a shock after fighting guys like Walters and Sosa.
Yeah he will be low powered at 135. I can still see him winning decisions but Mikey might be too much for him.

@ctrlaltdelete You will be a promising exquisitely delicious young man. in due time. You will be beautiful when the poetry slips inside of you...

It will probably Lomachenko vs Miguel Berchelt next.
Linares would be OK, thought I think Lomachenko beats him silly. The only good fight for him right now is Garcia.

Its definitely the best fight, but probably wont happen next. Hopefully they dont make us wait years while building it up.

Won't happen at all. Garcia will outgrow 135 before long.

I see, so basically you base him being on Salido's level on nothing. You got a false sense of what Walters was when he KO'd a couple of used up bantamweights with big names.

Salido gets dropped all the time. Thats sort of what makes him fun to watch. His tenacity is why he beats a technician like Lomachenko.

walters has no heart, no way he fights in the trenches with a guy like Salido. No way.
No, Walters is just visibly the better fighter. He's bigger, he's a better puncher, he has a longer reach, he's a better infighter, he has a better jab. There isn't anything that Salido does that Walters does worse other than punch people in the nuts.

well I'm just going to quote you on this one: "when you bring up how much heart a fighter has, it generally means they're going to get their ass kicked"

Watched the UFC instead. What a complete circus and garbage night of fights. But it doesn't look like a missed much. Sounds like its not even worth watching tomorrow if it was such a beat down

the main event aint worth watch but the two undercard fights were. Usyk vs Hunter was a good hard fought fight and Gak vs Gonzales introduce a new legit prospect to the LHW divison.

Definitely check out Gvozdyk. He looked pretty damn good to me.

Thanks. will check those out once they hit YouTube. Would of rather watched those than what I just watched. Disappointed.

@Seano do you finally admit these exotic whites are taking over boxing

Every generation, there comes along this fighter that just takes your breath away. Lomachenko is that fighter. I watch his fights and I'm just mesmerized by this beautiful talent.

That was a serious beating that was prolonged. He let Sosa off the hook multiple times. He wanted to give a complete performance for the fans but he needs to know when it's time to close the show. With Martinez he knew it was time and exploded with that 4-5 combo. He was landing to the head and body practically at will. He looked bored in there, like he was just getting rounds in while putting on a boxing clinic that looked effortless. Sosa should've been pressing him from the opening bell hard. I predicted that stiff jab would be an issue for Sosa trying to press him because he can really snap it hard to the face and body. I wanted to see more urgency from both guys but at least Sosa didn't quit. The fight should've been stopped earlier.

He needs to move up to Lightweight. The other SFW titleholders aren't going to give him a shot to unify because they know their chances are so low. Salido isn't going to give him a rematch. He was waiting on Vargas for a rematch and his plan of fighting him again for another FOTY candidate was ruined when Berchelt beat him to take the WBC world title. Loma vs Mikey at 135 is what I'd love to see. Robert said it'll happen and he's already talking to Arum about it. I'll post the video when I can find it, I have it bookmarked.

See, even in this fight you can see why Salido beat Lomachenko. A guy who can back him up and work will beat him.
Not anymore imo. If salido were to rematch loma, loma would escort his garbage ass out the ring before 8 rounds.

Salido needed 10lbs + weight advantage plus enough low blows to make a porno blow job special look tame to win a close fight.
Garcia's power will make Mr Loma feel it nicely when tasted. It will be an interesting impasse.
It should be a good fight, but I doubt Garcia will land anymore shots per round then what Sosa did tonight.
