It's going to be a central issue for her. Her judgement as a parent is absolutely important here, but my gut tells me she's going to ride a "my poor son was a victim of an evil cop" surfboard on a wave of sympathy.
 
In this day and age she will probably win. The world has gone to hell in a hurry and liberals who’d rather suck off criminals than incarcerate them are to blame. Cops can’t do their jobs without endless scrutiny and if I’m not mistaken, “hands up don’t shoot” has already been proven a lie.

What happen was a cop got pissed that some kid mouthed off and a fight started.
The cop grabbed him first "unaware of the call that was going on" remember they said that off the bat and then changed the narrative later.
Then Michael Brown tried to pull away and a fight ensued.
Michael Brown running 153ft away too turn around and make grunting noises and start hopping up and down, is only believable by an audience that would attribute a certain type of people to savages.
