What body type do you train to have? Some believe the age of the hulking bodybuilder is over, and a more natural look is the "in thing". Mesomorphs are generally regarded as being able to easily pack on muscle. Ectomorphs are generally regarded as lean, and long. Mesomorph/Ectomorph combinations are by some considered the best of both worlds.
