Men age better than women but women live longer than men. Can you explain it?

Women live longer than men on average. That last part is important. Lots of dumbass men drag that average down by dying young while engaging in risky behavior like jumping off a cruise ship in the middle of the night.

Women tend to have better emotional support than men, they spend so much time venting and complaining that they are able to alleviate a lot of the stress that bothers them. I think most men end up carrying most of their stress since it’s looked down upon for us to vent (especially to a female partner), and I think that stress takes a toll on you eventually.
