I'm a little surprised how much some people read into this, and how they read into it. I expected almost everyone to agree it was just her being tone deaf without any bad intentions, but we ended up with all kinds of wacky theories about the moody genius that is Melania...good times.

Is she really that stupid? I doubt it, and it says a lot about the trumps that they are elitist snobs and this was a deliberate “fuck you, nothing you can do because we are so Rich and powerful” but it was completely tasteless and there is no way this was not intentional. If not, someone is asleep at the wheel for not trying to stop her from wearing that stupid, ugly jacket that probably cost $$ while she visited people that could live on the cost of that stupid, ugly jacket with a stupid juvenile message.

You work for the first lady...not the other way around. So if she says I am gonna wear this....at best people around her can say in the most polite way people may add 1 and 1 and come up with a 3. If she says no....then thats the end of it. For me I doubt she wanted to diss those kids or send some deep political message. It looks like she had a fight with her man and said fuck him....Im gonna make him look bad here.

The saying on the back is directed at the media and a perfect example of GUIDED OUTRAGE.

I don't know who you are referring too but on my end it does not seem at all like just an accident. Trump has used language often that can be taken two ways. He does this to appease his racist base and be able to deny racism at the same time. It is intentional double speak.

The possibility that the jacket is another one of many troll jobs put out by this administration is not at all far fetched. Of course there is no way to tell for sure but using the jacket to appease those that were in support of his.separating family policy while at the same time showing compassion is right up Trumps ally.
