Agreed but this man shouted "Allahu Akbar" during the spree and, judging by his online ramblings, seemed to be an extreme individual. If you consider Thomas Mair a terrorist (I do, as evidenced by shouting "Britain first" before killing Jo Cox) then you should also consider an extreme act like this Terrorism when linked with his actions before the crime.

I just think it stinks of hypocrisy that he was seen as some sort of Far Right symbol whereas the many Muslim extremists are written off as "mentally unstable" and not terrorists.

It seems like the media play by different rules depending on the perpetrator.

He was definitely mentally unstable but also had legit links to the far right. I think it was britian first he was photographed leafleting for. He was also a contributor to a white supremacist African magazine (though if I recall that was far away in his past).

I haven't really noticed any media silence with regard to this attack, it's been covered by all the papers and news stations. If the perpetrator is shown to have links with Islamic fascist groups I have no doubt it will be reported.

I think this will need to be investigated to see if it was the usual Islamic terror. No reason to pretend it was Islamic terror if the guy was simply a nut.
Pretending those attack are something else just to advance your political agenda are dangerous. Some goes for trying to hide Islamic terror as workplace violence or something.
