South Florida. I think it's because of the large Cuban population. Although my particular area doesn't have a lot of Cubans, but if you go south, it's the largest in the world outside of Cuba. I'm guessing that the Puerto Ricans brought guava and cheese to Hawaii. The two cuisines are pretty similar although I would rate Puerto Rican higher, besides the Cuban sandwich.
