I don't know about going the distance... but I agree with the rest of your post.

Even Conor wouldn't have gone as long as he did, if Floyd didn't carry him... and even then, did so with zero defense despite being a defensive specialist.

Conor posed ZERO threat to Floyd, so he could dictate the fight at the pace he wanted.

If Khabib poses a threat, even ONE threat... Floyd may have to stop it early.
