Dislike both guys so this will be pretty easy and impartial. Diaz by pressure and a hefty sum of body shots. Brown doesn't have the striking or grappling to make this interesting or dangerous for Nick. No matter how long he has been out of the game.

If you wanted Diaz to win his first fight in the last 5 years of him being on a losing streak, this would be your safe bet for a victory.
