That wouldn't sell worth a flip. If Chael vs Wandy and Fedor vs Mitrione didn't even break 100k, yours sure wouldn't TS. Mousasi isn't a draw despite your weird obsession with him, and Mamed Khalidov sure won't be coming to Bellator.

The second one has some legs, Tito vs Chuck. That would sell.

the same as all the rest 100k. Bellator will never draw big in PPV.

Define sell big? Cause honestly there isnt a Bellator card you could make that sells big.

There are good cards you could make worthy of a PPV but honestly the biggest Bellator card you could make probably wouldnt even hit 150k.

If bellator returns to PPV it wont be until mid next year probably and the landscape will be changed by then so itd be difficult to put together a PPV card for them right now.

But if I had to:

Winner of Sonnen - Tito fights Bader. Fedor fights Mir if they both win

The only problem with this would be them would be holding back fights like Rory vs. Lima and Chandler vs. Pimus II for far too long.
