maia rnc rd2
feel free to bump when I'm right
And 86,37% of them completely wrong.
I think you said the same thing in my "Whittaker beats Romero with hilarious ease" thread
Maia has generally lost to elite fighters, and cleaned up the middle and lower guys. His big win was Carlos Condit's final fight, before retiring citing trouble with head trauma.
Woodley should be a substantial favorite.
"Don't like it? too bad"
Yeah, which is basically what HE said you fucking mongoloid.
Pointing out that something is a shitty situation and that you're gonna win anyways isn't an excuse.
Your jimmies sound rustled. You need to take a chill pill. If you're this mad now imagine how much more mad you will be when Maia loses and announces his retirement. Better have EMT on standby on the night of UFC 214.
This is not a shitty situation, Maia is just making excuses because conditions are not ideal for him. Waah waah cry me a river, you're the contender, it's not supposed to be idea for you.
I do lol
only way i see maia subbing woodley is if woodley is ontop of him trying to land bombs.. cant see maia taking woodley down at all. i think woodley tkos him or knocks him out cold.
Woodley will make his haters choke.
if maia wins wow i will be blown. blown i tell you. big fan of both
Maia by sub..He will take him down and TWood will look like a lost puppy
Really think Woodley is a terrible matchup for make but not because of your logic lol
If this fight goes past the second round I do t think Maia has a chance and if he's not careful it could look a lot like the Marquadt fight
Hope he pulls it off though
I've been waiting for Maia to get that gold for a long time
He may strike with woodley and allow woodley to take him down go for a crazy choke
Well Maia did sub Jacare and Gabriel Gonzaga in grappling. So ya, I think Maia CAN sub pretty much anyone in the UFC including HWs. Will he? I don't know but he certainly could.
Woodley hits like a run away train though, I don't think Maia wants to trade blow for blow with TWood.
Maia is a BIG dude and will easily crowd and man handle Woodley in the clinch.
I'm guessing TWood will be very patient on the outside, throwing the pawing Jab and occasionally exploding in with hooks and hard straights, and try to time Maia while he seeks the take down.
If Maia gets it to the ground, I believe his best chance for a sub is R2 or R3, as Woodby tends to gas fast after R1.
R1 is Woodley's most dangerous round.
Prediction - Twood takes it, But I really want Maia to win it.
A fair contest still demands that the other guy get sufficient time to prepare.
You going to link all those threads buddy?
Masvidal would beat Woodley easy.
