Just got to the first working set and did not have it in me to keep going. Feeling a lot of stress at work, and tried to lift at work before going home. That I was just in a mood to go home to the wife and kids did not help my motivation to lift.
6/23 - Squat session Redux: took a slim and 2 boost caps 45 min before starting; lifted at home

Well that went better. Took my Slim and Boost as I was leaving work and lifted about as soon as I got home. Still didn't get as many reps on my last set as I'd've liked, but I rarely do.
6/27 - 531 Wave 4 Bench 5 session - Plexus Slim, 2 Boost caps, and 2 aspirin Pre-WO; didn't get a full night's sleep, but the Plexus overall seems to make that not quite as much of an issue as just B-vitamins, coffee, and other antioxidants.

Not a bad workout. Later rounds of bagwork were tougher with the increased intensity, but I haven't done nearly much bagwork for awhile, and I still managed to get through. Don't feel quite the "KILL IT" pick up from the Boost as from my PCA stack, but not as much of a crash after, either.
