Forgive me if this has already been dicussed(to death).
Why isn’t this art more popular?
Is no-gi BJJ, at least nowadays, Luta Livre?
I made the switch from Gracie Humaita to 10th Planet recently after 1 year. Training almost exclusively in a gi to straight no-gi. At Humaita there is a taboo with heel hooks and neck/spine cranks, whereas in 10th Planet all is good.
Done a little digging on Luta Livre recently and I see that there is almost no Luta Livre academies in the USA, but a few in Europe. I know it’s patent art was CACC which itself is something of a dying art, but for this topic I’d be nice to have a little insight from you guys.
