Several years ago one of the mods and/or respected members of the forum made a routine that encompassed pretty much everything - strength/conditioning/plyo's etc. It was a 3-4 day a week one and was pretty popular at the time.
My searching has revealed nothing, if anyone remembers what I'm talking about and could link me that would be great!
