What happened when he was stripped of the FW belt? Did he disappear into obscurity, did he lose his 'aura'? Or did he only go and fight Floyd Mayweather and sell 6.7m PPVs?

Look, Conor not only doesn't care about the belt, it would in fact better suit his psyche to be stripped and fight for it again as challenger (tells a better story during the fight build up, sells more PPVs etc..)
